Simon A. Kubiak received his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA in 2002. Prior to graduation he worked on the prosecution side at the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office. He has since spent his entire legal career in criminal defense and has tried hundreds of cases. Simon is licensed in Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico and has focused on DWI and domestic violence defense since he returned to Albuquerque and opened his firm in 2004.
Simon has been recognized multiple years as one of the three Best DUI Lawyers in Albuquerque, New Mexico and has a Superb Avvo rating. He also maintains superb Google ratings.

Rafael Amador, Trial Attorney
Rafael Amador received his Juris Doctor from University of New Mexico School of Law in 2011 and has spent almost his entire legal career in a criminal courtroom setting. Starting out at the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office, Rafael gained prosecution experience. Soon after, he moved to the defense side of the courtroom where he has tried dozens of cases, including jury and felony trials.
