Simon A. Kubiak received his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA in 2002. Prior to graduation he worked on the prosecution side at the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office. He has since spent his entire legal career in criminal defense and has tried hundreds of cases. Simon is licensed in Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico and has focused on DWI and domestic violence defense since he returned to Albuquerque and opened his firm in 2004.
